For more than 70 years, the International Society of Automation (ISA) has served as the leading source of technical content and resources for automation professionals. This year AMS Engineers David Jackson, Jake Woods, and Chad Kiger won the Best Paper award at the 2018 ISA POWID Sympsium.
From June 26-28 2018, ISA held its 2018 Power Industry Division (POWID) Symposium in Knoxville, Tennessee, where leading power industry automation professionals and experts presented and discussed the latest innovations in automation, controls and instrumentation in the power generation industry.
The 2018 technical conference program featured training courses led by industry experts, technical presentations, a vendor exhibition showcasing a wide array of solution providers, as well as numerous networking opportunities. Each year this international conference, the largest single event of its type, brings together industry professionals in the power generation field with a primary focus on instrumentation and controls.
