Employee Spotlight: Morgan Berg - 5 Years
Morgan Berg is an Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Engineer at AMS who plays a crucial role in ensuring the systems installed in nuclear power plants operate seamlessly with other equipment. She enjoys sharing her knowledge with others and often demonstrates EMC concepts such as shielding effectiveness and the use of different antennas. Before joining AMS, Morgan studied at Minnesota State University, Mankato, and served as a resident advisor.
Morgan grew up in Cokato, Minnesota, where she grew up fascinated by nature and the mechanics of how things work. Before her college years, she worked as a Landscape Assistant in her family business.
This past May Morgan married her husband Codey, at Cumberland Mountain State Park in Crossville. She loves to explore state parks, delve into Knoxville’s rich history, and visit local breweries and distilleries with friends. She is also active in her church choir, enjoys trying new craft projects, and has recently started baking sourdough bread. An avid runner, she completed her first marathon in 2023.
