Employee Spotlight: Doug Price – 5 Years

Doug Price, our EMC Laboratory Supervisor at AMS Corporation, has been an invaluable member of our team for the past five years. In his role, Doug is responsible for overseeing all the EMC equipment, ensuring it remains operable, clean, and properly calibrated. His duties also include performing in-house calibrations and conducting both lab and field testing. With his prior experience as a Cyclotron Engineer at Pronova Solutions, Doug worked with the space industry and cancer treatment, bringing a wealth of technical expertise to AMS. His precision and attention to detail are integral to the successful operation of our EMC Lab.

Outside of work, Doug is a dedicated family man, having been married to his wife, Saundra, for nearly 30 years. They have a son, a daughter-in-law, and two grandsons, Sutton and River, who bring joy to their lives. Doug enjoys spending much of his free time at the lake with his family, and is an avid enthusiast of bicycling, motorcycling, and hiking. Born and raised in Knoxville, Doug’s deep-rooted connection to the area is reflected in his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence at AMS.
