Employee Spotlight: Caile Gonzalez

AMS congratulates Caile Gonzalez as she celebrates her tenth anniversary with the company!

Caile’s primary role is Executive Assistant to AMS President Dr. H.M. Hashemian, but she assists in several other departments, including Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Accounting, and Systems Group. Before coming to AMS, she was the Vice President of Operations for Global Testing Laboratories, an Electromagnetic Compatibility testing laboratory.

Caile was born to a large family in New Orleans, LA (7 kids!). Her dad moved the family to Knoxville for work when she was seven, and she’s been in Knoxville ever since. She loves the mountains and can’t imagine living anywhere else!

Most of her family still lives in the area, so in her free time, Caile enjoys spending time with her sisters, hiking at Fall Creek Falls or Cades Cove, and doing other outdoor activities. One sister moved to Florida, so the family often goes on beach trips. Caile and her sisters are also avid animal lovers and like unusual pets – she has two snakes and a tarantula!

Caile is essential to the success of AMS. She has her hand in everything and does an amazing job keeping everything organized and on track. She is a go-to resource for her colleagues and is always available to help whenever they need it.
